Current is seeking a Lead Engineer to drive the technical direction and delivery of complex digital experiences. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams, architecting solutions, guiding engineering teams, and executing technical challenges. Responsibilities include defining technical approaches, serving as a client point of contact, developing scalable web applications, creating proof-of-concept solutions, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards. The Lead Engineer will also conduct code reviews, assess project health, and contribute to internal tooling and process improvement.
