The role combines project leadership, software architecture, CI/CD, test automation, refactoring, process optimization, client workshops, and solution-oriented collaboration. Candidates should have several years of tech-industry leadership experience, strong coding and problem-analysis skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with experienced developers and senior engineering stakeholders.
