Description
The role leads an engineering team and provides technical expertise across applications engineering, mechanical design, complex problem solving, and support for management, operations, manufacturing, and quality acceptance and control. Responsibilities include managing performance, supporting professional development, mentoring engineers, and contributing to innovative products and processes. The position requires at least 10 years of practical engineering experience, preferably in the energy sector, a BSME or equivalent, and strong analytical and leadership skills; knowledge of industry codes, Mathcad, ANSYS, and ADPL is preferred.
