Description
MoneyLion is hiring an experienced Lead Engineer for its Kuala Lumpur hub to design, implement, test, and deploy microservices and RESTful APIs supporting consumer financial products across desktop and mobile. The role leads and builds a high-performing engineering team, applies enterprise CI/CD practices, drives cross-functional architecture discussions, coaches mid- and senior engineers, and coordinates technical deliverables with stakeholders. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience developing and supporting software in high-concurrency production environments, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and experience leading Agile Scrum teams; the technology stack includes Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, databases, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
