HR Green is hiring a Lead Transportation Engineer in Sioux Falls to provide technical leadership across roadway and highway projects from planning and design through construction. The role involves complex engineering design, QA/QC, project and client coordination, bidding and construction support, technical mentorship, and contribution to design standards and business development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a current Professional Engineer license, at least seven years of design or engineering experience including significant highway or roadway design, and experience with transportation engineering guidance, QA/QC, and mentorship.
