Description
The Lead Engineer will manage engineering teams, plan staff and equipment resources, develop training plans, maintain engineering standards and quality systems, support bids, and develop client relationships. The role requires extensive engineering management and leadership experience, technical expertise, communication skills, and experience delivering technical work packages; a technical degree and Chartered status are desirable but not essential. The position is permanent and hybrid.
