MongoDB is hiring a Lead Engineer to lead and build its Server Ingress Security team, which is rearchitecting MongoDB Server’s ingress networking and developing the Atlas Network Protection layer. The role manages software-engineering teams, owns production-ready security services in Rust, leads the team’s roadmap, handles security incidents, coordinates cross-team work, and plans engineering growth. Candidates should be based in Dublin or Cork for a hybrid working model and have at least three years of people-management experience and eight or more years of production systems software experience, ideally in Rust.
