NDI Engineering Company is hiring a Project Lead Engineer to support design projects from its Thorofare, New Jersey office. The role leads and mentors design developers, assigns and coordinates multidisciplinary design tasks, makes design decisions, communicates technical details and schedules with customers, and supports personnel requirements. Candidates should have naval, marine, civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical engineering design experience, particularly with AutoCAD, and at least seven years of engineering experience. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance, and a bachelor's degree in engineering; work is required in the NDI office, with possible schedule flexibility.
