Description
Raft is hiring a Lead AI/ML Software Engineer to lead the architecture, engineering rigor, and delivery of its [R]AIMS AI mission system. The role combines hands-on production software development with distributed systems, Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure, data-intensive applications, AI/ML model integration, and cross-functional technical leadership. Candidates need at least six years of full-stack software experience, strong distributed-systems and cloud-native expertise, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance; U.S. citizenship is required. The position is remote within the United States, with up to 25% travel, and offers a salary of $180,000 to $230,000 plus healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
