Skanska is hiring a permanent Lead Engineer for the Bristol Schools project to provide day-to-day engineering support across Bristol Metropolitan Academy and four associated academies. The role covers reactive and planned maintenance, electrical and mechanical service inspections, building-system performance improvement, KPI and SLA monitoring, CAFM and site documentation, and deputy leadership for the engineering team. Candidates need relevant experience, an HNC or HND in engineering, a recognised time-served apprenticeship, an IOSH Health and Safety qualification, mobile-task-management experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of health and safety legislation, COSHH, confined-space requirements, and L8.
