Target is hiring a Lead Engineer for its Streaming Platform Team in India to build and improve Kafka/Streaming capabilities. The role involves writing and deploying code, designing automated and resilient infrastructure, troubleshooting platform issues, and supporting operational requests. It requires 10+ years of experience with JVM-based languages, modern CI/CD and infrastructure technologies, and strong problem-solving and leadership skills; Kafka, containers, cloud platforms, Golang, and microservices are desired.
