Description
Tendable is hiring a Lead Platform Engineer to own the company’s platform and data foundations, lead architectural decisions across backend, cloud infrastructure, and data systems, migrate data between live production systems, and build analytics foundations for quality-risk scoring. The role is roughly 80% hands-on engineering and 20% leadership, with responsibility for a three-person in-house team, technical strategy, reliability, CI/CD, and production-scale systems. The position is hybrid, based in the office three days per week in Holborn, London, and requires strong Node.js, GCP, Terraform, backend, database, data modelling, SQL, and analytics infrastructure experience.
