Description
The Lead Engineer will plan and structure engineering activities for customized, turnkey large-scale systems and components, manage engineering work across technical disciplines, subsidiaries, and external partners, coordinate workflows and interfaces, support tender and project execution, and ensure compliance with technical codes. The role requires a technical degree in mechanical, process, or chemical engineering, several years of experience in large industrial plant project or order execution, strong project and communication skills, German and English at C1 level, and familiarity with engineering tools and ERP systems. The position offers flexible working arrangements, training, and relocation support.
