Description
Transwestern is hiring a Lead Building Engineer in Richardson, Texas for an on-site commercial real estate property. The role performs complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs across building systems, industrial equipment, grounds, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarms, and other systems; oversees engineering staff; develops maintenance programs; manages work orders, materials, energy use, and emergency response; and maintains safety and records. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of related experience or trade training, at least five years of building maintenance experience, relevant trade licenses, HVAC and building-systems expertise, and the ability to work extended periods without relief when responding to emergencies.
