Description
Wabtec is seeking a Locomotive Cab Structural and Packaging Engineer to design and develop locomotive cab structures and packaging, evaluate risks, manage design reviews and verification activities, support manufacturing and supplier issues, and coordinate with cross-functional engineering, drafting, and manufacturing teams. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, experience in light fabrication and structural design, expertise in material strength, fatigue, bolted and welded joints, and familiarity with FEA, UG/Teamcenter, GD&T, DFMA, and related standards.
