Description
The role is a senior engineering leadership position focused on orchestrating software delivery, architecture, quality gates, and AI-first development across an external agency and ad-hoc remote talent model. The leader will translate business needs into executable technical specifications, oversee systems built with Rust, React, PostgreSQL, stream processing, and Google Cloud Platform, enforce documentation and code-review governance, and integrate AI agents and tools into the development lifecycle. The position requires at least seven years of progressive software development experience, including three years in a lead or principal role managing scalable systems, along with strong distributed-systems, cloud, and external-team-management capabilities.
