Stater is hiring a full-time Lead Engineer in Amersfoort to provide technical strategy, set standards for clean and scalable code, and design and build robust microservices in a modern .NET environment. The role involves translating business requirements into software solutions, collaborating with DevOps, Product Owners, and other engineers, coding and conducting code reviews, and driving cloud-native architecture, performance optimization, and CI/CD innovation. Candidates need HBO or university-level education, 5–10 years of relevant experience in a .NET environment, and experience with C#, microservices, and cloud-native development. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €6,300 to €7,900, hybrid work, and other benefits.
