Description
The Principal Ceramic Core Process Owner provides enterprise leadership for ceramic core manufacturing and core utilization across Howmet Engine Products. Serving as the Business Unit Single Point of Accountability, the role establishes and improves manufacturing standards, process controls, supplier qualifications, and technical specifications; leads audits and cross-functional improvement initiatives; drives yield, quality, and process capability; evaluates emerging ceramic technologies; and mentors manufacturing and product engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and at least eight years of engineering or manufacturing experience, with 50% travel to manufacturing facilities and suppliers. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the role is subject to ITAR.
