Avathon is hiring a Lead Knowledge Graph Engineer to design, develop, and scale its Computational Knowledge Graph platform. The role leads full-stack development across graph storage, ingestion pipelines, query optimization, C++ performance components, graph analytics, APIs, and ML integration, while mentoring engineers and contributing to architecture and technical roadmaps. It requires 5–7 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years with graph databases or knowledge graphs, along with Python, C++, SQL, cloud, and API experience. The position is based in the Bay Area and requires reporting to the Pleasanton office five days per week.
