Description
The Lead Engineer will provide technical leadership for Eaton’s Digital Design technology strategy, leading the development and deployment of digital engineering solutions across NPI and NTI programs. The role focuses on advanced AI/ML and scientific machine learning capabilities, technology roadmapping, technical proposals, technology scouting, DFSS adoption, continuous improvement, engineering mentorship, and external ecosystem collaboration. Candidates need a master’s degree in engineering, 8+ years of relevant experience with a master’s degree or 5+ years with a PhD, and demonstrated expertise in modeling and simulation, AI/ML model development, and engineering applications.
