Description
Eversource is hiring two full-time Lead Engineers for its Distribution Engineering Team in Dorchester, Massachusetts. The role oversees distribution system planning, design, maintenance, reliability, asset performance, emergency restoration, and the Life Cycle Plan; supervises at least two full-time engineers or one engineer and one designer; and coordinates technical support for operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 8–10 years of experience in the electrical utility industry, with supervisory experience preferred. The position offers a hybrid schedule requiring at least three office days per week, may require travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, and includes an annual salary range of $145,670 to $161,860 plus potential incentives.
