Description
The role is responsible for the technical leadership of electric and hybrid drive systems across customer and development projects. It covers system design, electromagnetics, motor mechanics, cooling, inverters, control systems, requirements and interface management, technical evaluation, risk management, and support from concept through validation. The position leads interdisciplinary engineering teams, coordinates with customers and development partners, and develops technical methods and standards. Candidates need a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field, practical experience with complex technical systems, and strong German and English skills.
