Description
The Lead Engineer – Electrical Component will support sales and business development by designing electrification solutions for EHV/HV substations, including GIS/AIS and collector, unit, and pooling substations. Responsibilities include single-line diagrams, layout plans, earthing, lightning, cable and battery sizing, equipment selection, tender and BOQ evaluation, vendor drawing review, and coordination with automation, civil, and MEP teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field, 8+ years of experience with a degree or 12+ years with a diploma in EHV/HV substation engineering, global travel flexibility, and knowledge of IEEE/IEC standards and power-system components.
