The role partners with product management, design engineers, embedded systems developers, and customers; conducts field visits; develops validation standards; evaluates high-voltage test and measurement tools; mentors engineers and technicians; leads sustaining engineering and root-cause analysis; and represents the category in cross-functional reviews. The position requires an electrical engineering bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of engineering experience including five years with power transmission and distribution systems, hands-on utility or industrial test and measurement experience, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
