Draper is seeking a highly innovative and experienced individual to lead their Electro-Optics Integration Group. This role involves integrating advanced optical fiber, photonic, and electro-optic components into solid-state sensors and systems, developing novel integration processes, and ensuring high reliability and performance. Responsibilities include leading the development of integration approaches, modeling/simulation, and designing electro-optic subassemblies for inertial sensors and other specialized applications. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, mentor team members, shape technology offerings, and analyze strategies to align with customer needs.
