Description
The Lead Hardware Engineer will lead hardware design and development for electrical circuit-protection products, including breakers, ACBs, fuses, fusible switches, and related power-distribution devices. The role covers full hardware development, from requirements and architecture through PCB design, component selection, schematics, testing, validation, qualification, certification, and commercialization, while mentoring product-development teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
