Description
McLaren Automotive is hiring a permanent Lead Engineer - Engine Design to lead the definition, design, technical delivery, and team management of a complete internal combustion engine project for a McLaren vehicle platform. Reporting to the Engine Design Manager, the role covers high-performance ICE component and subsystem design, technical specifications, CAE analysis, supplier and stakeholder coordination, testing, integration, packaging, and manufacturing support. The position is based in Woking with hybrid working opportunities and requires significant automotive OEM or motorsport engine design experience, a mechanical or automotive engineering degree, and team leadership capability.
