Wabtec is hiring an in-person Lead Engineer in Grove City, Pennsylvania to own the design, validation, integration, and assembly of engine wiring harnesses for internal combustion engines. The role supports reliability improvement, cost reduction, alternate sourcing, manufacturing, troubleshooting, engineering documentation, ECRs, DFMEAs, and safety analyses across Wabtec’s GRV and GRR engine facilities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 2–5 years of reciprocating or internal combustion engine development experience, and knowledge of heavy-duty or off-road applications. The base salary is $71,500–$98,100, with health, welfare, retirement, and possible relocation assistance.
