Description
The Lead Engineer, Fab Technology will develop and transfer CMP solutions for semiconductor customers, interpret customer needs and quality requirements, build technical partnerships, and coordinate with sales, product line management, R&D, and material solutions teams. The role requires a master’s degree in a technical discipline, at least five years of CMP-related process or semiconductor device manufacturing experience, and expertise in CMP consumables, semiconductor device structures, and process integration.
