Description

Entegris is hiring a Lead Fab Technology Engineer for Surface Preparation and Integration (SPI) in North America. The role provides technical leadership for selective wet etch and clean processes, customer evaluations, qualifications, product launches, commercialization, product positioning, lifecycle management, and revenue growth for SPI Material Solutions. It requires extensive semiconductor wet etch and clean experience, customer-facing technical support, collaboration with account managers, equipment OEMs, R&D, supply chain, and quality teams, up to 30% travel, and ownership of regional SPI revenue goals. The position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship and offers a $120,000-$150,000 annual salary plus bonus and benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or engineering with 10+ years of wet etch and clean semiconductor experience; alternatively, a master’s or PhD in these fields with 8+ years of experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of wet etch and clean experience in semiconductor processing, a fab environment, or an equipment/material supplier; 8+ years with a master's or PhD.
Extensive wet etch and clean process development experience in an advanced wafer fabrication environment or semiconductor equipment company.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced logic or memory vertical/3D architectures.
Sales or management experience.
Proactive business-development orientation and ability to identify new technology opportunities.
Self-directed work style with minimal supervision.
Strong project leadership and teamwork.
