Description
Eightfold is hiring a Lead Engineer to serve as a senior technical leader at the intersection of product engineering, platform architecture, and enterprise customer success. The role owns complex customer-facing enhancements, integrations, workflows, and escalations; leads architectural decisions and root-cause analysis; and mentors engineers. It requires 7+ years of software engineering experience, strong backend and distributed-systems expertise, enterprise escalation experience, and frontend experience with React, Angular, or related frameworks. The position is onsite or hybrid in Santa Clara, California, with a base salary of $170,000 to $227,000 plus bonus and equity.
