Description
The role leads broad-scope, high-impact projects and initiatives for Gas Power Engineering, providing technical support for unit installation, startup, and outage work; leading root-cause investigations; ensuring component designs meet customer requirements; coordinating with manufacturing, sourcing, services operations, quality, and design engineering; supporting customer technical reviews, outages, and sales and services proposals; and authoring technical communications. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, at least three years of engineering or field-services experience, synchronous-generator and mechanical-accessories experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work off-hours and weekends.
