Description
LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. (LGES Vertech) is seeking a Lead Engineer, Grid Integration. This role ensures alignment between the customer, Project Engineering, and Software teams in implementing Energy Management System (EMS), Power Plant Controller (PPC), and SCADA functionality across projects. The position focuses on defining control and communication requirements and translating them into actionable software specifications. The Lead Engineer will also lead technical communication, develop project control & communication specifications, review control system design, advise software development teams, serve as a subject-matter expert on various protocols, maintain awareness of ISO/RTO requirements, support internal standards development, mentor engineers, and support process improvements.
