WSA is hiring a Hardware Lead Engineer to define, develop, validate, and verify hardware solutions for next-generation hearing aid products. The role covers hardware requirements, electronic circuit and PCB design, debugging, root-cause analysis, verification, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional R&D teams. Candidates need at least five years of experience in hardware, electronics, systems, or related engineering, a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, and expertise in electronic design, applied electromagnetics, chip design, and requirements engineering.
