Arcadis is hiring a Lead Engineer High Voltage to provide technical leadership for high-voltage network, substation, cable, transmission line, and grid-connection projects at 110–380 kV. The role leads multidisciplinary engineering teams, approves technical deliverables, manages risks and interfaces, supports project planning and budgets, represents the company to clients and grid operators, contributes to business development, and mentors engineers. Candidates need a relevant electrical or energy engineering degree, at least five years of high-voltage engineering experience, strong technical and stakeholder-management skills, and professional English proficiency; Dutch is strongly preferred.
