Description
Cencora is hiring an enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) modernization and automation lead to architect, implement, and continuously evolve secure, scalable IAM platforms across workforce, privileged, third-party, and customer identities. The role focuses on AI-enabled automation, identity orchestration, API integrations, Infrastructure-as-Code, self-service identity solutions, telemetry analysis, and Zero Trust architectures, while advising technology and security leadership and mentoring engineers and architects. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least six years of relevant experience, hands-on IAM platform and automation experience, and knowledge of identity protocols and emerging AI technologies.
