R1 RCM India is hiring a Lead Engineer – IT to manage advanced identity and access management operations for healthcare business applications. The role owns the access lifecycle, complex access requests, ServiceNow ticket resolution, access reviews, audit remediation, stakeholder collaboration, governance, and IAM process and automation improvements. It requires hands-on IAM experience, ServiceNow or similar ITSM proficiency, knowledge of RBAC and access governance, and strong communication and independent-work skills; global IAM operations, audit exposure, and a B.Tech/BCA or graduate degree are preferred.
