Entegris is hiring a Lead Engineer, Lab Quality Engineering to lead thin-film metrology quality engineering in its Analytical Laboratories team at the Danbury, Connecticut facility. The role owns the development, validation, transfer, maintenance, and quality governance of thin-film and coating measurement methods and controls; supports audits, data integrity, root-cause investigations, CAPA, statistical analysis, and cross-functional improvement projects; and provides technical coaching. A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, engineering, materials science, or a related field is required, along with at least five years of related experience in thin-film, coating, surface, semiconductor, advanced-materials, or precision-metrology environments. The position offers a $108,000–$139,500 annual salary range, annual bonus eligibility, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and health, dental, and vision insurance; Entegris does not provide immigration-related sponsorship.
