Description
The Lead Engineer will oversee the full technical lifecycle of industrial automation projects, from initial design through machine construction and customer delivery. Responsibilities include designing machines, conveyor systems, robotic installations, and smart production lines; preparing layouts, budgets, and technical calculations; solving mechanical, drive, pneumatic, electrical, and control issues; selecting components; monitoring feasibility, hours, and costs; reviewing designs; and coordinating with suppliers, the workshop, project managers, and customers. The role requires higher professional education in a technical field, relevant machine-building or industrial-automation experience, leadership or coordination experience, knowledge of mechanics and control systems, CAD experience, and strong communication skills. The position is full-time, offers a gross monthly salary of €4,500 to €6,500, and includes a pension scheme.
