Description
The Lead Engineer, Machine Building will coordinate mechanical engineering projects from design through realization, lead and coach project engineers, monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and technical progress, and maintain contact with customers and suppliers. The role involves hands-on design work across machine building, food, lifting technology, offshore equipment, and industrial technology, while also coordinating with customers, suppliers, and technical disciplines. The position requires a mechanical engineering or mechatronics background, several years of relevant experience, CAD and PDM knowledge, strong communication skills, Dutch and English proficiency, and a category B driver's license. The indicative salary is €4,500 to €5,500 gross per month.
