Description
The Lead Engineer, Materials Quality Engineering will lead supplier quality, risk, capability, and continuous improvement for critical inorganic and advanced materials supporting semiconductor manufacturing in Korea. The role owns supplier qualification, change management, root-cause investigations, SPC, FMEA, process capability, metrology, and technical risk assessments, while partnering with R&D, operations, procurement, and global quality teams. It is based in Suwon, Korea, with possible work at Oseong and Jangan plants, and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, 7–10+ years of experience, strong materials and supplier quality knowledge, and fluency in Korean and English.
