Scout Motors is hiring a Lead Engineer – Manufacturing Integration & Release Testing to lead vehicle-side software and ECU integration, manufacturing software deployment, automated testing, release qualification, and production validation for Software Defined Vehicle platforms. The role covers ECU flashing, factory provisioning, vehicle configuration, network and firmware validation, cross-domain integration, regression testing, and root-cause analysis, with a Charlotte, North Carolina headquarters-based position requiring 4–5 days per week in the office. Candidates need a master’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field and 12+ years of experience, along with expertise in automotive E/E architecture, communication protocols, embedded software, and engineering tools. The position offers a base salary of $160,000–$192,500 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
