Description
The Lead Mechanical Engineer will design, analyze, validate, and optimize rotating components across GE Vernova’s gas power portfolio, including gas turbines, steam systems, generators, and accessory systems. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, root-cause analysis, Lean process improvement, NPI milestone management, and mentorship of engineering team members. Candidates need a mechanical, design, or applied-mechanics engineering degree and at least four years of engineering experience; additional relevant experience, engineering software, programming, Lean, and communication skills are preferred.
