Exponent is hiring a Mechanical Validation Engineer in Bangalore to lead vehicle, ePack, ePump, ePort, BMS, and integration testing with a focus on mechanical aspects. The role covers DVP creation and sign-off, road-to-lab testing, data collection and CAN analysis, accelerated testing, test fixtures, dashboards, metrics, CFT representation, team management, IATF16949 test standards, root-cause analysis, and field-failure simulation. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 7–10 years of experience, instrumentation and data-analysis experience, strong vehicle and testing knowledge, and excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
