Progressive Leasing is hiring a remote Lead Engineer - Mobile & Full-Stack to lead architecture, delivery, quality, and technical leadership for React Native mobile applications and React JS web surfaces across iOS and Android. The role owns end-to-end feature delivery, CI/CD, release management, webview integration, production monitoring, distributed team leadership, hiring, and mentoring engineers across the Americas and India. Candidates need extensive mobile and full-stack experience, including React Native, React JS, TypeScript or JavaScript, Node.js, native iOS and Android development, AI-enabled engineering tools, and at least 10 years of software development experience with at least 5 years focused on mobile and full-stack development.
