Progressive Leasing is hiring a remote Lead Engineer - Mobile & Full-Stack, with work-from-home eligibility in the continental United States or in the corporate office in Draper, Utah. The role leads architecture, quality, delivery, and technical strategy for React Native mobile applications and React JS web surfaces across iOS and Android, while mentoring distributed engineers, managing CI/CD and release processes, and owning integrations between native apps, webviews, and backend systems. Required qualifications include at least 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on mobile and full-stack development, plus expertise in React Native, React JS, TypeScript or JavaScript, Node.js, native iOS and Android development, and AI-enabled engineering tools.
