Description
Faith Technologies Inc. is hiring a Lead Systems Performance Modeling & Simulation Engineer to support its R&D product group in Menasha, Wisconsin. The role develops physics-based electrical, thermal, and mechanical models for distributed energy resources and power distribution, conducts architecture trade studies, integrates component and system data, develops controls algorithms, verifies and validates software, and leads a team of simulation engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, at least 8 years of systems simulation experience, proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and multi-physics tools, and experience with HIL, MIL, and SIL platforms. The position is onsite three days per week, with 5–10% travel, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule.
