Sumex AG is hiring a Lead Engineer .NET & SQL to provide technical leadership for software solutions serving health insurance providers. The role involves developing and maintaining backend and frontend applications with .NET, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Blazor, JavaScript, and Vue.js; gathering customer requirements; coordinating team members and project participants; consulting with customers and stakeholders; and ensuring application quality, performance, and stability. Several years of software engineering or lead engineering experience, AI-assisted development experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and very good German plus good English are required.
