Tech Data is hiring a Lead Network Engineer, Architect - Observability to own the strategy, architecture, analytics, and business value of observability for a global network. The role covers monitoring platforms, telemetry, predictive alerting, anomaly detection, cross-tool analytics, capacity planning, executive dashboards, tool rationalization, ROI modeling, and proof-of-concept evaluations. It requires 10–15+ years of network engineering experience, significant observability or network-analytics experience, knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure, experience with platforms such as NetScout, DX NetOps, NetFlow, Grafana, and PowerBI, and a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. The role includes on-call availability, some travel, and a professional office environment.
