Stitch Fix is hiring a Lead Engineer for its Order Management team to lead complex, multi-sprint initiatives across checkout, order lifecycle management, fulfillment orchestration, and partner integrations. The role owns technical direction, production systems, reliability, observability, incident leadership, and engineering mentorship, while working with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional teams. Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience, strong backend and distributed-systems expertise, experience with modern programming languages and cloud platforms, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. The role offers a US salary range of $111,800 to $186,000, plus equity, an annual bonus, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
